All products sold da ilcasco.it are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in le the methods described in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, as a result of intervention da part of an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs, if incurred da the case.it.

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 si applies to the product that has a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself sia used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, the case.it , without charge to the Customer, restores the conformity of the product by repair /replacement or the reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. If, as a result of intervention da part of an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred da the case.it.

LE replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival) take place only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The time taken to replace or repair the product depends solely on the manufacturer's policies.

In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return to its customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), the case.it may proceed at its own discretion to the return of the full amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or greater characteristics.

No damage can be required at the time.it for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the asset must be returned by the Customer in the originalepackage, complete in le all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment); to limit damage to the packaging originale, we recommend, whenever possible, to insert it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of adhesive labels or tapes directly to the packaging of the product originale be avoided.

Any returns for goods exchange or for guarantees, made at the customer's expense, must be sent not to the legal address shown on the sito, ma but to the address of the Logistics office indicated on the delivery note. Any Shipment destined for the address of the registered office, will be automatically declined and sent back to the sender

Right of withdrawal

As indicated in Decree Legistrativo 206/2005 art.64 and segg. - The right of withdrawal must be exercised within ten working days from the date of delivery or signing of the contract, returning at your own expense the purchased item, accompanied da a registered letter with a return receipt.
