Centrifugal clutch group complete with BELL FOR SPORT scooters

System composed of the famous:

• reinforced clutch for heavy road use(Fly Clutch)
• pidynamically balanced DC04(Clutch Bell) steel bell.

Fly System : two items that the Malossi produces da time and markets separately with great success.

The new proposal Malossi aims to guarantee superior quality through the combination of two valuable components that optimize the operation of the power transmission system of scooters.

Given the strong interest in these two items, we decided to do something appreciated by our customers in proposing a box set where we can enclose both products.

This allows the Malossi to supply two quality products in one package and ad a slightly lower pithe content.

Fly Clutch

Fly Clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to easily overcome heavy duty such as ad , le frequent restarts su mountain routes, or in city traffic, studded with traffic lights, especially with passengers on board, during le warm seasons as it becomes impossible to keep le control temperatures.

Fly has benefited enormously from Malossiexperience, the result of research and thousands of field tests during le scooter competitions.

Clutch Bell

Specifications

• DC04 sweet steel bell, obtained by cold molding;
• Central carbon steel hub made from da bar and returned by welding to Tig;
• Anti-vibration sheet printed and fixed by means of 3 welding points placed at 120° from each other;
• 100% balance su all production;
• Heat treatment of soft nitride.
